There are several reasons why on Zoom you would want to display several people's screens at once, you may need to compare various versions of a document or see several design choices. We show you how to use Mac and Windows desktop applications to view different screens on Zoom. However, before all participants can share their screen, the Zoom Meeting host must activate the function first. We show you how to use Mac and Windows desktop applications to view different screens on Zoom. However, before all participants can share their screen, the Zoom Meeting host must activate the function first.
1. Click the zoom icon on your desktop or Mac or mobile app to open the zoom app.

2. Host a meeting for Zoom. You will click New Meeting to host a new meeting when you start Zoom.

3. Click "Join with Computer Audio"

4. Click the ^ icon next to "Share Screen".

5. Tap on "Multiple participants can share simultaneously". By default, "Only one participant can share at a time" is picked, but you may need to adjust this so that several persons will share their screens at the same time.

Zoom Rooms and smartphone app participants will only share
their screen if no one else shares it.
To share your computer, under the menu at the bottom of your
screen, press "Share Screen".
Participants will see the following, based on their setup:
- On each monitor, participants using dual displays will see the two most recently exchanged screens.
- The most recent sharing screen is used by participants who use a single display. To adjust the screen they are watching, participants will choose Display Options.
- The most recent shared screen is viewed by participants using the Zoom smartphone app. They do not alter the show they are seeing.
As the host, for every portion of the conference, you can
choose to turn to the alternative where "one participant can share at a
time". See the instructions for how to share a computer when it is
possible to share just one participant at a time.
Restrictions
The following restrictions apply when sharing several
displays simultaneously:
- If you allow "share multiple screens simultaneously", the "Share Computer Audio" and Customize for Full-Screen Video Clip options are not available.
- When anyone else is sharing, members using the mobile app cannot share.
